Ader Chen worked at Palo Alto Design Group in San Francisco in 1995, where he accumulated management experience at both Palo Alto Design Group and Flextronics International. Currently, he serves as CCO at Xcellent Products International. For decades, he has always upheld the spirit of "happiness design."

Ader's design portfolio spans a wide range of fields, including computer peripherals, photoelectric devices, 3C products, household items, and automotive-related products. In 2005, he began designing the Zen President Table for Aurora, one of his most outstanding works in recent years, which has brought remarkable sales performance to his clients. In 2006 and 2007, his design team at Xcellent Products International was invited to participate in the Milan International Furniture Fair—the only team from Taiwan to receive such an invitation.
